Inside me are two wolves: one who makes plans with friends for later in the month because two weeks from now seems so far away it might as well not even exist, and one who immediately tries to figure out how to cancel those plans because he’s already too pre-exhausted

Things have been crazy for me the past couple weeks so I missed a lil bit of #camprevpit. I also haven’t read my feedback from my buddies on my first five pages… not because I’ve been too busy but because I’ve been too anxious 😅 My buddies are so lovely but I’m still anxious 🤣

When I was getting my yearbook signed in 6th year in High School (senior year) I asked my English teacher to sign it. She was my favourite teacher (shocking, I know) We studied Romeo and Juliet and she asked my favourite quote, so that she could write that in… (1/2)

I don’t know if I’m just “at a certain age” or what, but I struggle to understand Discord… which sucks because I can see that so many lovely writers are using it but I just can’t figure it out 😮‍💨 (more tech savvy people than me might wonder what there is to figure out 🤣)

I got to DM for two first time players of D&D this weekend. They had never played before but wanted to after seeing Stranger Things. Nerve-wracking as that’s a high bar and they’re not going to be doing all the cool stuff that experienced players are. But they enjoyed it and will play again - yay!!

I’m definitely a pantser. Before I start writing, I have an idea of what I’m going to write and may even write it down but then when I start to write, it somehow goes in a completely different direction 🤣

I’ve played D&D for the past three days in a row, it’s like a dream come true 😍 … I get the feeling that only the people who play D&D and have felt the sting of the BBEG “scheduling conflicts” will know what I’m talking about 🤣

Since I put forward my MG Fantasy for #revpit I have a couple of Rick Riordan’s novels to catch up on! Apart from those, I’m looking forward today tackling Onyx Storm (I didn’t want to start reading until she was working on the sequel 😂)
