Elon Musk asked X users to submit X-rays, MRIs, CT scans and other medical images to Grok, the platform’s A.I. chatbot, with the hope that if enough users feed the tool with their scans, it will eventually get good at interpreting them accurately.

AI just never knows when it's time to give up. It will tell you "You can achieve what you want by refactoring your whole application into 15 microservices and writing these 16 bash scripts to put in your CI/CD pipeline" instead of just saying "No, that's not possible/feasible".
