Firefighters are risking their lives to protect communities across Europe, but governments need to tackle what makes these fires more frequent, deadly, and destructive: our continued dependence on fossil fuels. Clean, homegrown energy? Essential for a safer planet for us and future generations.

These data centers do not produce jobs. These centers raise electricity rates and create electric shortages. These centers use tens of millions of gallons of water and discharge toxic water, causing environmental pollution and noise pollution. Why are they getting billion-dollar tax breaks???

Amazon will pay $20.5 million to settle allegations that two of its Oregon data centers helped contaminate groundwater. This is exactly why communities across the country are organizing to stop data centers — and winning. Never doubt your power to change the system.

Is coal really making a comeback? The data says no. Coal power and generation is falling globally. Meanwhile, wind & solar added ~1100TWh in 2025 alone. And even where coal is debated, its role is marginal. This isn't a coal comeback story, it’s a renewables story. euobserver.com/211295/there...

There is no coal comeback

Talk of a 'coal comeback' in the wake of the blockade of the Persian Gulf are disproven by data showing coal generation is down globally.

What if school roofs did more than keep the rain out? In 🇹🇷, schools and universities are saving money & protecting students’ future by generating solar power on their roofs. Every rooftop that generates power: 👍 reduces fossil fuels 👍 cuts emissions 👍 shows how local action can benefit the country

As conflict in the Middle East escalates, civilians pay the highest price as homes, safety & livelihoods are hit. Fossil gas markets are exposed to conflict, chokepoints & bidding wars. Energy security comes from renewables & clean flexibility, not fossil gas. 🎢Time to get off the gas rollercoaster.

While Siemens Energy is celebrating record revenues in its first ever public AGM and continuing to promote its ‘green’ credentials, we can't forget that it's also the 2nd largest global supplier of gas turbines for gas-fired plants under development around the world. So we came by to protest.

Why are some Europeans countries still importing Russian fossil fuels, including LNG? Europe should (and can) avoid: 👉 Being at the mercy of autocratic regimes 👉 Fueling the climate crisis 👉 Paying unaffordable energy bills 👉 Locking into decades of gas infrastructure 👉 Fueling wars

Russia’s war is entering year 5, yet the EU has paid €200B+ for Russian energy since 2022, incl. €38B for #LNG. Our new graphic shows which countries are still buying and funding Russia’s war. The 20th #sanctions package must close loopholes and finally stop Russian LNG.

We all know renewables cut emissions & boost energy security, but they can go even further with a helping hand. Meet clean flexibility: storage, demand response, smarter grids. Having one without the other is like leaving the house half dressed. You need both. Watch the video break it down 👇
