Who gets hired. Who keeps their job. These are decisions that can change a worker’s life and they shouldn’t be left to an algorithm alone. Assemblywoman Heather Simmons joined the NJ State AFL-CIO to discuss legislation that would establish guardrails for the use of AI in the workplace.
One month to go. The deadline to apply for New Jersey property tax relief is November 2. Eligible residents may qualify for relief through ANCHOR, Senior Freeze and Stay NJ, and for seniors and eligible residents with disabilities, the PAS-1 combines all three programs into one application.
