i am usually compelled to draw the "hardest art" i can manage, which means lot of foreshortening, funky poses, etc. the best solutions are often much simpler, but i forego "good art" in favor of "hard art". i think on some level i still feel the need to prove that i know how to draw
on another note i recently created a new art account but i won't tell anyone yet lol it will likely be for original or general content rather than for idv
absolutely hate when i sit on a drawing for too long and it starts looking bad and now i have to restart 😔
little update on my art since i haven't been talking much here oops will be focusing on art trades in the meantime, it kinda feels like im practicing for comms. so no matthias and louis for a while other than doodles ouh... i have so many wips though

inspired by apple🍏 oomf, I have an auish version of matthias' story where he was a famous child performer in a big theatre and lowkey, without their realisation, exploited by his parents (and then replaced by louis when he was no longer cute and marketable) 1930s child actor ;
