I tried to escape Spring's @ Autowired by moving to TypeScript. Now learning Effect-ts and somehow I'm back in Dependency Injection land, but this time it's explicit, and without the annotation magic. Finally, my Java knowledge is useful again in a TS company

Shipping fast is a given now. Every team is doing it. The new problem is cognitive overload. Users can't keep up. Core messaging gets lost. Features go unnoticed. Big companies built entire teams around this. Small ones need to start thinking the same way.

Thought skills were portable across AI agents. Spoiler: they're not. The same skill that works beautifully in Claude can break completely in Mistral. Why? Agents differ in how they invoke skills: system prompts, injected context, or native tool-use APIs. Every skill needs agent-specific tuning.

I found a learning workflow that actually works well for me with AI. I plan projects with Claude, create tasks in fp, then share my learning goals. Claude updates each task with either "DIY + learning objective" or "delegate okay." I end up with an implementation and learning plan at the same time
