stripping OMB of the ability to dole out grants is an enormous win, this nukes the SAVE act, it prohibits further ICE bailouts, adding a "no, really, trump can't break already on-the-books laws regarding elections the federal government doesn't run" clause would be both unnecessary and unproductive

The storm brought down a big tree on the power line to my neighborhood, and broke two poles. Pretty sure Commonwealth Edison took one look at that and said, "Nope, we can get lots of other customers with simple problems back online before tackling this." No word on when power will be restored.
