Just wrapped up an amazing whirlwind training in Nairobi, Kenya with the Association of Public Health Laboratories, Leonard Kingwara, and MoH Kenya NPHRL staff. Discussed expansion to 21 sites and trained on NGS with the Illumina COVIDSeq assay and Freya pipeline from @kgandersen.bsky.social lab.
