I had gone almost a year without a cramp, maybe a full year even, and today my calf decided to cramp as I was going down a set of stairs... I am fine, thankfully, but I hurt my hands just a bit from stopping the fall. I will stream during the afternoon instead of right now.

just as my week was getting better, some mf managed to clone my card, my bank notified me, blocked it, i changed all my security details, but i am now down some money because i use a debit account and i didn't have enough saved to trigger the automatic theft protection.

I wish I wasn't so insecure of my own abilities and paralyzed with fear of what my ADHD could ruin, so that I could find another job, one that could help me afford moving out. I don't want anything crazy, I want to not be mentally exhausted from arguing every time I leave the room to get some water.

I'm so fucking done man, my week was awful, decided to spend some time with a friend to cheer myself up, we then went to visit another friend to check up on him, we had a great Friday night together playing guitar hero and watching movies, we made ice cream and brownies from scratch.

I decided to give myself a treat on my way back from my medical appointment because yesterday was awful and then my bumper gets stuck on the barrier as i reverse, it gets pulled off and it also takes out the splash guard...🫩
