Neo Geo CD no power now is fixed! Next test will be to test the laser quality and see if we can play a disc and go from there.

PS3 saved from liquid metal disaster. Undervolted the CELL to 1.1 volts and RSX to 1.125 volts. Played it safe although if I did need to take it apart again I think I'll bring out the SYSCON wires so I can attach them without taking it apart. CFW next to see our actual temps!
