Outcomes from the ADA National Network The ADA National Network helps businesses, people with disabilities, their family members, and many others understand the ADA and how it applies to their situation. When we asked people what happened after they contacted us, we found out... The information we gave people help them create change, gave them new knowledge, and helped them make decisions. For 43% of the people, something changed because of the information we gave them. 89% of people thought the information we gave them was useful or somewhat useful. People told us… "I didn't know our rights and now, I do." "I was trying to evaluate the next steps. It helped me correct the information that needed to get to the right people. Better communication to clarify the situation." "I do think that the community was receptive, and the business owners were more aware and learned how to navigate the ADA policies around service animals." "The information | received was very prompt and easy for me to understand and to put into motion and l was pleased with my whole experience." "It sparked us to revise our policy." "Speaking with your agents allowed me to make more knowledgeable decisions instead of more emotional ones." "I am better educated, and I can help other people with this information." Training and technical assistance from the ADA National Network, 2025 The regional ADA Centers provide information, guidance, and training on the ADA. We gave 1,204 trainings to over 69 thousand people. The top training topics were: General ADA information, Reasonable accommodations, Facility access 72% of trainings related to Title II, which is the part of the ADA related to state and local governments. The most common training audience were state and local government agencies. We helped 12,395 people with their ADA questions. 51% were people with a disability 12% were family members of a person with a disability 41% asked about Title II, which is about state and local governments The most common ADA topics: Reasonable accommodations General ADA information Facility access We referred people to protection and advocacy centers, the Department of Justice, state agencies, and others. 2025 Snapshot ADA National Network In 2025 the ADA National Network was active across the country, helping people understand and implement the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). In 2025 the ADA National Network gave 1,204 trainings to over 69 thousand participants. The ADA National Network assisted 12,395 people with their ADA questions. Across all ADA National Network websites, we had about 3.9 million page views from over 1.8 million visitors. Most people who requested technical assistance were people with a disability. Most common ADA topics: Reasonable accommodations General ADA information Our most-visited webpage was "What is the Americans with Disabilities Act?" Facility access The part of the ADA that people asked about most often was Title II, which is about state and local government. Across our most popular social media accounts, the ADA National Network has more than 75,000 followers. We worked on 22 research projects to better understand the ADA's impact.
