Safe to say we've slipped fairly far down the slope when local Minneapolis news is openly using transphobic language to appeal to conservatives. Trans genocide doesn't feel all that hyperbolic when even supposedly safe spaces are loudly shouting their non-acceptance.
If they can just overturn legal precedent at whim for Title IX protections of LGBTQ+ folks, there's not much stopping them from coming for gay marriage, interracial marriage (good luck Usha), and other hard won protections at a whim.
