When does our suffering ends? These days a lot of Refugees in Eg*pt get detained and deported despite having the UNHCR card. It wouldn't have been such an issue if people were deported immediately but the inhumane detention centers and the long stay in them are the issue.

This always happens to me with dysthymia. It's always there but some weeks are really good and when I start questioning if I was ever depressed I have a severe crash that makes my world crumble.
