President Trump threatened to impose tariffs on Canada in retaliation for wildfire smoke, but it was not clear that he has the legal authority to impose such a levy. Trump wrote in a Truth Social post that the cost of the pollution was “incalculable.”

Today we beat Stephen Miller’s lawsuit mill in court! For 3 years I’ve been a defendant in a case filed by America First Legal on behalf of Gateway Pundit & a random antivaxxer we’d never heard of until she sued us. The plaintiffs claimed we “censored” them. It was a lie. They just lost.

Philando Castile had a license to carry a weapon before he was killed at a traffic stop. (MN 2016 officer acquitted in 2017) Alex Pretti had a gun. Federal immunity for all who shot him? When we give law enforcement the power to end a life, the tradeoff is we must demand greater accountability.
