Time for a new challenge. 🚀 After many rewarding years in economics, I’ve decided to take a new direction. As of today, I serve as Head of Division (Referatsleiter) at the State Chancellery of North Rhine-Westphalia, the executive office of the Prime Minister of Germany’s largest federal state.

Yet, I am still extremely sad about IZA's main assets - the institute itself, its postdoc program, it's Berlin and Bonn campus, the guest program and the workshop series - being cancelled. It remains a big loss.

I am super happy about the IZA network and DP series having found a new home at @liser.lu . Having visited in the past, I think LISER is the kind of place IZA could (and should ) have been. I wish them all the best!
