Bringing together trans leaders across the United States to build community and drive progress. transleadership.org

It’s been almost 6 months since we launched, and in that time, we’ve... 👉 Featured in @assignedmedia.org & @19thnews.org 👉 Hosted our first live panel on community organizing 👉 Opened applications for our 1st Summit in Oct. 👉 Our Founder & VP represented us at the Ntl Trans Visibility March

Things are hard right now, and they will likely continue to be so. But today, we're reflecting on the power of healing. "Abolition and healing justice are life-long and generational work" - Adaku Utah 📷 Graphic credit: Adaku Utah, a Queer social justice facilitator, coach, and artist

A vibrant, hand-drawn illustration filled with colorful text and visuals about healing justice. Central text reads, "Healing Justice with Adaku Utah," surrounded by phrases like "Abolition is healing justice," "Honor ground into legacy," and "How might we create systems and structures that prioritize care?" Other words include "Black, Indigenous, and POC bodies are inherently valuable, worthy, and necessary" and "We are in the practice of self-determination, embodiment, and holding each other sacred (listening)." The background is filled with earthy tones, nature-inspired doodles, and interconnected ideas about healing, justice, and community care.

We’re 25% of the way there! We’re one step closer to reaching our $1,000 goal by July 31. Your support fuels trans leadership and builds a brighter future for our community.

Free expression is a hallmark of the First Amendment. All our rights are in jeopardy when trans peoples’ freedom to exist is undermined.

We've evolved! NTLCC is now NTLC - National Transgender Leadership Council. Why? Our work extends beyond conferences to year-round leadership development. Same mission, broader impact!

BREAKING: In response to our lawsuit, the National Endowment for the Arts will no longer force grant applicants to certify that they won't promote "gender ideology." This is a big step toward defeating the NEA's unconstitutional censorship.

These kind of votes are born out of trans representation in government. Rep. Howell & I have built solid relationships with Republicans and those relationships change hearts, minds, and (eventually) votes. It is painful, grueling work. But it makes a difference.

Two BIG wins in Motnana! We killed two anti-trans bills today (a drag ban & a bill requiring CPS to remove trans kids from parents). I'm so grateful for Montana Democrats, who have stood unwavering in their support of trans rights. And grateful to all the Republicans who said enough is enough.
