We often say about PhDs: ‘it’s a marathon, not a sprint’. I’ve signed up for my first ever 10k race this July and I’m a bit nervous. So I’ve been doing a lot of research about longer races and now I’m not sure a marathon is the best metaphor.

Track 2 "Innovations in Health Research" started with Sarah Curtis's presentation "Language difficulties in adults with Down Syndrome: Distinguishing typical patterns from Alzheimer’s indicators". This research aims to expand possibilities for earlier diagnosis and improve caregiving. #ntudoctoral
