Increased #miR-10b-5p abundance promoted a #thermogenic program in #WhiteAdipose tissue, enhancing expression of thermogenic markers including #UCP1, #Cidea and #Ppargc1a, while improving #mitochondrial bioenergetic capacity and #β-adrenergic responsiveness. @mark-christian-lab.bsky.social #NTU

Our study further demonstrated that #miR-10b-5p regulates later stages of #adipogenesis at least in part through downregulation of #Tubby a direct target of miR-10b-5p. We also found that miR-10b-5p alleviated impaired adipocyte differentiation by suppressing Tubby-mediated #GProteinSignaling. #GPCR
