I got a sketchbook to doodle in while on a downer. Not done traditional in like 10 years so it's taking a little getting used to. Also my copics bled through the paper so I drew hands over it because my god I need the practice 💀

I couldn't sleep last night and ended up in an art hole. I was watching a video with Naoki Urasawa in it and it was so fascinating seeing him effortlessly draw thoughts he couldn't express verbally. Not to mention he was so insanely fast. I really admire the way he can create a scene in just minutes

"Artists peak at 30", "30 under 30", "by 30 you should" ridiculous. Arts industries capital craves young people to exploit and burn out. It doesn't want older artists thriving and guiding the young. It also doesn't want artists to exist. Stop letting cannibals tell you you only matter on a plate.
