Learned how to take vitals today! Always wondered about Blood Pressure. You inflate the cuff to 160 mmHg, then release the pressure while listening to the pulse on the brachial artery. The first "thump" you hear is the Systolic #. The first silence you hear is the Diastolic! Tada! You did it!
