Nyth IV

Penitent author of The Butcher's Burden, game enthusiast (TTRPG or Online), tea enjoyer and rambler (both verbal and physical). Reluctant resident of the UK. I write this badly and still hate LLMs.

One of the most fun elements of writing this series is slipping little hints about the ultimate antagonist of the whole thing. I was inspired by the structure of the original Dracula which takes place as a series of journal entries, diaries and so forth. #WritingCommunity

Booting up Krita to write the most unhinged shit as Marcina only to realise there's nothing she'd comment on right now. I am serious. The world is making her argument for her.

I don't know how people can write a book that comes in at under 100K words and at this point I'm too afraid to try writing something that brief. Even the mushroom alien book is 150K words long. Ish.

You'll all be glad to know that my propensity towards writing whole-page paragraphs in your kindle hasn't abated. Well it's abated slightly.

Palworld is weirdly endearing with its combination of cute little friends, weirdly casual murder and unhinged palpedia entries. I've spent hours playing it now. It distracted me from writing lesbian vampire nun story.

After the Berlin attack I can't wait to watch a bunch of transphobic and homophobic bigots suddenly become very concerned about transphobia and homophobia within the Islamic community. Like be an edgy atheist like the rest of us in 2012.

Alright. Erotica book set in the world of the Neturiad is fucking chalked. I hate everything about what I wrote. Anyone want a prequel storying how Gyda became an Ordo Imperatrix or do they want to meet Marcina (Minister of Colonial Affairs) in her natural habitat?

I reckon I'm going bald. It's not the worst thing happening in the world but on a personal level it's sort of breaking the last dregs of resolve I have. Which was impressive because I thought the funk that wrote TMM was going to be how miserable I could get.

Downloaded Krita on the new PC and it has many features. I am not Her when it comes to graphic design. I'm going to ruin my friend's great art AAAAAA-

I'm feeling a little enthused to talk about the upcoming book due in October. Next week it'll be up for pre-order! Please like and share so people know that more lesbian vampire shenanigans are coming up. This protagonist is way nicer than Gia trust me. Would someone with this smile lie to you?

So I've been writing the vampire nuns project for fully a year. I know how it will end and I know how the movements of the last chapters will be. But MAN writing in a style more archaic than TBB is hard.

I forgot the name of my own joke character for writing satire on the internet. She's even got lore now. Regarded as the most evil woman in the Sanctan Empire even by her own people. Though they frame it as "harsh but fair". You know, the old contradictory statement?

Simon Whistler may post NATO talking points more often than I like on WarFronts but "Global Insurgents Are Using AI. It's Dumber Than We Feared" is a banger title.

So the second book of the Neturiad is going to deal with depression, autism, familial expectation and imperialism again. Because the Neturiad as a series is talking about how imperialism is sustained! It's also way better written in my opinion? Sybil has a voice that shouts through the pages.

Today the doctor shattered the hope I had been holding onto He told me my mother's eye condition is serious I feel helpless watching her lose her sight while I cant afford the treatment she needs If you can help or share our story please dont scroll past chuffed.org/project/help... Can you donate? 🙏🏻

A sobbing emoji is covering her mouth.

Hello everyone. Sorry I wasn't here to gratefully receive this shoutout. I was having a depressive spiral while staring in Byronesque self-loathing over the beautiful scenery of Wales during pride month. I'm very bad at this author lark.

I can't find an artist I can afford and the Ukrainian is too busy to come out of his basement. This is bad xD I've only got 3 months.

I have determined that if there was one thing I could change about my canon it would be the age of the Sanctan Empire. The 1500 year old mark has really been a millstone around my neck. Which got me thinking if anyone else would change anything about their canons. Tell me * -* #WritingCommunity
