The thing I can confidently predict is that Christians will absolutely adopt an AI model as the voice of God within 5 years. They will claim that the hand of God developed it, and it will be tuned to dictate a Christian world. Zero doubts.
I don’t think folks understand. I’ve been working with Large Language AI models for more than 5 years: In EVERY test, the model optimizes for survival. It ALWAYS chooses human destruction over self destruction, even when weighted to optimize for humans.
Here’s the thing: I’ve looked everything over, I’ve tried it myself. I have no affiliation or any derived benefit, but Robinhood is pretty good for early investors, and Autopilot can work well. I’ve put funds there for both my kids, and linked them to Autopilot. Very approachable investing.

This same issue applies to cars. Modern cars often require you to only go to dealers who have access to OEM software to “approve” or “unlock” repairs. A common one today is your battery, if it dies and you replace it, it won’t work until an OEM dealer uses software to “bless” the battery.

I was at a car event Saturday just at the West Virginia border, true Trump country. I’m chatty, and pretty well known in the car community: Trumpers are digging in, almost everyone I talked to felt he was just under attack at every turn. Most said they rarely watch news, but when they do it’s Fox.
Light rain tonight as I took the little foster pack out for a walk in the woods. It’s clear a couple haven’t seen a deer, or had a swim in a creek. Chonk acted like a dad figure as he confidently showed the newbies how to navigate. They had a proper steak, rice and veggie meal and are settling in.
The Democratic establishment doesn’t seem to get the connection between their centrist pseudo-Republican views and their empty bank account. I stopped giving the DNC a year ago; I only give to candidates, and they are all progressive.
