Talking to @zaminiqbal.bsky.social about plasmids and bacterial adaptability was a delight. A brilliant metaphor every other sentence, almost.

Very cool AI tool can predict individual risks for over 1000 diseases, based on healthcare data. An interesting proof of concept for what AI in healthcare could look like. The work was done at @ebi.embl.org and @dkfz.bsky.social. Check out this great write-up by @vickyhatch.bsky.social! #AI
