The cat mask bases have arrived! I still await other tools, but this is the kind of look I'm planning out. I want the ears to be big and fluffy, and there will be nice eyeliner/lashes, and soft gradients.

So the prototype deer tail (for myself) is not quite working how I wanted it to. It loses all its waggle once any kind of fabric is on it. I had to make a sleeve for it due to the TPU sticking to the fur backing inside. It may be because it's short and lightweight at the tip? It's a learning!

It must be said, I feel like my midlife crisis is going all in making fursuit stuff. I just wish fur wasn't so pricey! I should hunt for scraps.

I need to reflect on what went badly making this. I struggled the most with the zipper, probably because I got a huge zipper roll instead of a fully finished one, so I was struggling trying to figure out how to keep it together. I should have been less lazy and changed out my white thread too.

It's ugly but it exists now. It's a good first try. I need to add a strap. I will make a better version later on
