Tonight after dinner my daughter will head back to Ohio. It was great having her here, I thoroughly enjoyed it. I am not ready for her to leave. I suspect there will be tears, mainly mine.

I've got too much energy to switch off my mind, but not enough to get myself organized.
This should be required signage on the fencing outside of the White House and on the back of the felon's motorcade.
My daughter (from Ohio) enjoying her free crabs from our canal.
Good morning. Working on a Sunday isn't so bad when it looks like this.
I just called my 90 year old mother. Mom: "Did I tell you I broke my tooth?" Me: "Yes, every week for the past two months." I got to hear about it again today 🤣
We went out to dinner last night. The food runner was a J1 student from Romania. He works with me during the day. He said hello. We asked for some tarter sauce. He said he would be right back. He never came back. This morning and he said "I had no intentions of coming back." 🤣 I admire his honesty.
Since I started riding my bike to work 3 months ago, I have now completed just over 500 miles of riding. That's like riding my bike from Ocean City to our old home in Akron, Ohio. I've burned over 25,000 calories and saved 32 gallons of gas.
My baby (she's 22) just arrived in Ocean City after a 9 hour drive overnight from Ohio. I am so happy she is here!
Free crabs for dinner fresh from our canal (we caught 5) and they were quite good! We figured out the right water/vinegar ratio for steaming them and we got the seasoning on the crabs just right. They were sweet tasting, and very good.
Happy Friday! I reward myself every Friday for making it through the week, which consists of a coffee from the coffee shop and pizza for lunch. Wednesday our youngest daughter, 22, is coming to visit for a week. I'm still working on getting her to move here.
Living on the coast is interesting. The weather changes quickly and sometimes unpredictability. We went from the gorgeous sunrise this morning to this rather suddenly. I do like a rainy day, though.
