Since today is an International Day Against Trafficking, we wanted to talk about ethical production of art & merch. All our projects are co-led by a trafficking survivor, so this is really important to us! We also hope this inspires you to follow these guidelines in your own art too. 🧵

A graphic showing digital mockups of the merch from the Moments of Euphoria project. Text reads, "Ethical merch production: tips for creating merch without forced labor and negative environmental impact. Tip 1: Search printing companies for 'forced labor' and 'modern slavery' policies. Tip 2: Ask companies directly if they avoid forced labor. Tip 3: Consider environment-friendly alternatives (paper merch, paper sleeves, wooden pins). Tip 4: Buy local whenever possible! Share to help other artists create more ethical merch!"

🇬🇧 @sailingkobold.bsky.social went from a rough sketch to flat colors in one evening. "I'm slow", they say. "I got stage fright" The twitch chat called BS😑 🇫🇷Du brouillon aux couleurs dans la soirée. "Jui lent", Kobold a dit "J'ai le trac" Le chat lui a dit "stop tes conneries" #mhart #zinogre

flat colored digital illustration of a Zinogre from Monster Hunter. It's a dog like creature with blue scales on its face, yellow scales on the lower jaw and neck, a silvery white mane on its neck and two big yellowish ocre horns pointing forward. It is drawn mid roar with text saying "Zippy Zappy Murder Doggo"

Hey this is super random, but this weird ai account just followed me via the "european merch artists" list, as well as everyone on it (including you), idk if they wanna scrape drawings or what, but its probably best to block them. The account is Alyssa K

🇬🇧 Name change! Not huge, but it reflects how we and The Odd Shine evolved over the last year 💖 English translation in alt text - 🇨🇵 Ben on change de nom! C'est pas un énorme changement, mais ça reflète comment nous et The Odd Shine avons changé au cours de la dernière année 💖

The Odd Shine gets a new name: Odd Shine InnDuring the past year, The Odd Shine evolved through our artwork and the artist alleys we tabled at. This little name change reflects what The Odd Shine has become for us. We're keeping our magpie, our green and gold colors but we're adding to it the idea of a bustling inn as a place to meet new people, inspired by high fantasy. What will chnage? Nothing. Except our social media and shop links (reopening soon) that you can find on : Oddshinein.carrd.co

Barely 50€ left until we reach the stretch goal! Let's keep it going! 💫

Thank you again for helping us fund this trans joy book on Kickstarter! 🏳️‍⚧️ We still have some exciting stretch goals we'd love to reach, including decorated inside cover pages and digital translations. We're only 140€ away from the first one, so please share! www.kickstarter.com/projects/tap...

A bright green graphic with a digital mockup of the Moments of Euphoria book cover laid flat to show the front and back covers. The design shows a trans Filipino friend group with lots of small details and embellishments that give it a scrapbook sort of vibe. Text on the graphic reads, "Upcoming stretch goals! 10k euros: decorated inside covers. 15k euros: digital translations into 3 languages."

oh your art is messy and full of mistakes? it doesn't mirror properly? the proportions are weird because you grew up on a mix of anime and 3D platformers? you drew on the wrong layer and now the highlights are weird? that rules, dude, show me more; a horrible computer could never make that
