You know about Tuesday’s Superdawg KTG night. But what about the new beer we’re releasing that day? Brewed in collaboration with @superdawg.bsky.social, Dressed* is a blend of wild ale aged in wine barrels with tangerine peel and Belgian style Blonde ale aged in Blackberry Brandy barrels.
The Beer for Tacos family is growing!! This one doesn’t need much explanation. Beer for Tacos, our margarita inspired gose, is one of our most popular brands and you may have noticed, we’ve been trying out some new variants the last couple of years.
We were going to wait until our Oktoberfest celebration to release these, but we figured we have so much new stuff coming that day that we might as well get these sweet new hats out there now.

Bears made an announcement today. Indiana sort of but not really yet. Well we have our own real announcement. Just in time for the Chicagoish Bears pre-season opener at Soldier Field this Saturday, Beer for Dealing with Relocation is our new Northern Indiana-style wheat beer.
Due to huge public interest, our statement regarding the Bears stadium project has been pushed to midday Thursday at Mousetrap.

pH1 update! To-go bottles and draft are completely sold out as of 6pm. There will be bottles available for on-site consumption the rest of the evening.

All the Yuzus are now available at the taproom in 4pks to-go! Yuzu Fierce is batch soured with our house Lactobacillus strain before being pasteurized & fermented with farmhouse ale yeast. Post fermentation, yuzu & calamansi are added to the fermenter for a quick refermentation.
I am so glad this landed with Off Color and am jealous of everyone who gets to try it.
