Phenomena can have only an apparent space-time existence as concepts in mind. Then who is there “competely to comprehend” this? Nobody, I do. As any sentient-being may say, if he apperceives that— Objective absence is subjective presence, Which is absolute release. ~ Wei wu Wei

Those who dwell in supreme bliss embody the heart essence of all phenomena. They do not distinguish between their own welfare and that of all others. ~ Kunjed Gyalpo

The implication that sensory appearances and consciousness constitute a supreme, naturally occurring state of innate immediacy can be discerned within the "interval" between cause and effect, which arises naturally and is free of elaboration. ~ The Great Garuda

The worst concept is the desire for the non-conceptual, as if the non-conceptual were an antidote for the conceptual. The state of dharmadhatu is beyond the limitation of non-conceptuality. Both the conceptual and the non-conceptual are the limitations of words. ~ Tsemo Jung gyal

Therefore, since the essence of awakened mind is not created by anything whatsoever, but occurs naturally and is without transition or change, there is no context within which it can be sought through causes and conditions - it is like space. ~ Longchenpa

Supreme emptiness is dharmakaya. It cannot be illustrated by symbols or expressed within frames of reference. Self-knowing awareness is without cause or condition. It is beyond the extremes of being empty and not empty. ~ Array of Inlaid Gems

When arriving in rigpa, within basic space, conceptual meditation is naturally dissolved. You can take a rest within the indivisible state of awareness and space, like a person who has completed his task. Being at ease is the outcome of training. ~ Tulku Urgyen

And so regardless of how things are labeled - as general or specific phenomena, and so forth - in my tradition of the great perfection, it is held that they constitute the supreme state of what is clearly apparent without truly existing, and so you should realize them as such. ~ Longchenpa

No matter what appears to the five senses, Let it be like stars or planets reflected in the surface of a lake, And rest evenly in the natural expanse, without grasping And without the slightest reference point — *this* is the supreme meditation. ~ Yangthang Rinpoche

Here in the heart of Vajrasattva, it is not as if there are no conceptions, but we refrain from thinking about them. ~ Vairochana

The ground is that which is primordially present As the abiding nature without bondage or liberation. It is the enlightened mind of intrinsic awareness, the natural inner radiance Wherein truth is indivisible and which is free from the range of the intellect. ~ Dudjom Rinpoche

Settle in the state where space and your own mind Are indistinguishable. There is no recognition of an outer or an inner world Or of something in between. And in that state of space, Relax deep down your body and your mind. ~ Longchenpa
