the whole "using references is cheating" thing has baffled me for years; no art instructor or formal art education I have ever had ever insinuated you shouldn't use references so where this opinion even came from is a mystery anyway for the love of god please use references your art will improve

I finished Ohms hand paws last night. I thought I was finished before, then decided to add the wrist markings so extended them a bit (which is a bonus of crochet). Then just a bit magic and yay fluffy paws #FluffyDragon #FursuitPartial

I can finally show the fursuit head I've been making of Ohm. He still needs his hair and the teeth but he's wearable 🎉 The foam base wasn't as bad as I expected. The crochet however was rough (yes it's crocheted). Now just a bit of dragon magic and he'll be done #FluffyDragon #FursuitHead

If you are commissioning an artist, and want a specific pose, don't run to genAI to try and make it for you. Draw a stick person. Stick person poses are beloved among all artists. We can see exactly what you want. Do not fear sending the stick person. The stick person is magical.
