Just opened a bottle of cherry mead I made when I first got diagnosed with celiac disease, 10 years ago. This was my first mead. I was brewing beer before diagnosis, but mead is a different thing. Honestly, it tasted horrible until it sat in the bottles for 8 years or so. Now it's pretty mellow.
Driving past a data center being built near Port Washington, WI. The scale of this is ridiculous, wasteful, and will most likely end up idle when the inevitable AI bust hits.
