I've been watching mid-2010s Sesame Street episodes with my kid and damn Elmo The Musical is such a downgrade from Elmo's World
one year when I was in college they put a sign on a door saying "use other exits due to nesting geese" and then someone had scrawled in pen underneath "this is not to protect the geese this is for your own safety" and that, my friends, is environmental storytelling
Thorne 🌸@ens0.me · 2d agoToday, on social media, for some reason I separately saw videos of both a human and a goose in a tiger enclosure trying to fend off the tiger the man died, and the goose scared off the tiger anyone knows geese could have seen this coming
when my grandmother had stomach cancer and was struggling with the pain, a friend of hers who had taken up smoking weed for back pain shared some of her stash after grandma died my mom took a look at her phone and one of the last texts she received before dying was "want to smoke a weed lol"

the other day I was looking for something in the archive section of my notes app and found a note that simply says "Philip K. Dick" so, I don't know who needs to hear this, but: Philip K. Dick
