Someone asked why I’m seeing a therapist. I don't usually reply to DMs, but here’s your answer. I lost my mom after her long battle with dementia. She was only 72, and I was her main caregiver.She was my best friend, and I don’t say that lightly. Her loss took toll on me. I still miss her every day.
My psychologist said not to talk to AI as if it were a therapist because that can be dangerous due to a lack of human empathy and expertise. I told her not to worry, I talk to my dogs, cats, fish, snails, and my gecko. I’m totally fine 🤣
