It’s an injury that leaves wounds if left untreated. There are tendons in your heart, or heart strings that can break due to emotional trauma. Those ruptures change you.
You carry more tension, shortness of breath brain fog irregular heartbeat chest pains temp regulation all over the place fatigue & with all the stress your brain is feeling?? We need to take heartbreaks more seriously. Never prioritizing that healing can take years off your life.

this is absolutely true. people don't see beyond actors. they don't realize that regular degular people bring them tv and film. when you kill an industry, whether it's hollywood or the government, you kill everything around it. i wish people would THINK.
