It's very cool to see progress I'm making by going to the gym regularly and eating (relatively) clean. I'm happy with how I look and I have more energy than I have in years, maybe a decade. Upper body and lower body taken after their respective workouts so I do have a good pump going.

I love and miss all of my twitch friends, I just don't have the time for gaming and watching like I did before. Working on a lot of self improvement and health things, which is all very good and I am very happy. But I do miss you folks.

We always get a sweet treat at the grocery store and I'd usually get m&ms or something, this week we got dates and lychees instead. Fun fruit seems way more interesting than candy anyhow. And dates are so sweet they're pretty much candy anyhow

Went to a local hand made fair and got these very cool wood burned hats. I've gotten some in the past with hand made patches but these are the first that the art was actually done by hand directly on the hat

I'm holding the final version of this ROM hack I've spent 8 and a half years making - into which I've poured so much of myself and my ideas about Kaizo, level design, and speedrunning. Today I'd like to share the cover art that Skytree made. I'll be announcing the release date (in May) pretty soon.

A smoked mackerel and pickle sandwich might sound like something a cartoon dad would eat that's made up to sound gross but let me tell you it's a fantastic nighttime snack

Two halves of a sandwich, the left side had 3 pieces of smoked mackerel and the right side has some sliced pickles. The sandwich is on wheat bread that was buttered then spread with Kewpie mayo. Some of the oil from the mackerel can and hot sauce were added before the sandwich was closed and eaten

This weekend we built some cat walk shelves for Stormy and Gizmo. We built it completely from scratch, got lumber, shelf supports, and carpet then stained the wood, cut and stuck carpet to the top, and put them up. I'm pretty proud of these.

5 days a week I wake up at 5am to my alarm from a dead sleep, snooze the alarm because I still want to be sleeping. Then of course Saturday rolls around and I wake up at 5 on my own and can't get back to sleep lol
