Peer pressure lead me to downloading dating apps and, not even 24hrs in, I’ve stumbled upon a dumb number of men comparing themselves to Christian Grey, at least 4 men posing with sedated tigers, many multiples of NYPD, a loudly proud MAGA, and my roommate’s toxic ex. Having a great time.

I find it so egregious that Pinterest uses imagery on its site to train GenAi models. Imagery they do not own, and for the most part, is uploaded by third party users without the consent of creators. GenAi industries depend on exploitation to function and it’s gross futurism.com/pinterest-da...

It may not be cool or hip in some circles, but we legitimately do need a massive amount of people to run for office. Flood the school boards, councils, county seats, state legislatures, Congress, etc. Big changes at the top happen when the ground shifts at the bottom. And that can start now.
