I just shared something about a brand I like, and you instantly link it to Trump or his circle. Sure, when he comes back, let’s criticise politicians hard. But let’s not act like that’s our only thing in life or forget to actually live.
Trying to stay at home and write something in the summer heat can sometimes be really exhausting.
If he’s not texting you and is ignoring you, it’s a huge red flag. You’re anxiously hoping for the opposite to happen, and honestly, that feeling just sucks.
Trying to stay out of toxic relationship cycles as a gay man is hard. Sometimes I feel like many of us were never shown what a healthy relationship looks like. We end up repeating the same patterns because no one ever taught us something different.
Watching someone you love slowly come to certain realizations on their own, while doing your best to stay patient, is sometimes deeply exhausting.

Why is it that good people distance themselves from each other over even the slightest disagreement, while bad people seem to cover for one another’s smallest flaws?

Society expects everything from you. Your parents, your partner, your family, your boss, the government, everyone wants something. But when it’s time to give back, there’s barely anything. Sometimes I wonder if any of it is really worth it.
Old men envy young men deeply, especially those who have fulfilled themselves and fully embraced the persona they desire.
