@tangled.org is something in my browser doing this? Light mode is unusable. I'm using Zen with no visual plugins.
I think today I'm going to experiment with mirroring Cascade onto Tangled
when I was a kid programming was certainly a craft. This is largely because I knew how to do little else and nine year old me hyper-fixated on the multiplicative effects of programming.
I found out one of my favorite #EDM artists has a website for their entire discography: stxrless.com/closer
Closer - stxrless
Stream "Closer" by stxrless on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and more.

shoutout to 🇸🇬 Singapore for surpassing my 🇺🇸 US readership
I picked this up today: github.com/nyblnet/bento Portable presentations! They're even multiplayer if you don't mind setting up a single Cloudflare resource.

you can't change the wake phrase on a Pixel 10 which is really disappointing because I wanted to be able to say, "Ok, Chat" and get useful responses for once
oh boy, I could spend all day telling you about why you shouldn't trust SSH apps. nobody wins when SSH is your interface. IRC has a lot of flaws but if you want old-tech then IRC is as slow-moving as it gets. a literal technical cockroach.

I wrote down some thoughts on the recent Codeberg ToU change: ooo-yay.com/blog/codeber...
Codeberg banned code it can't identify
Codeberg's members voted to ban projects mostly written by AI. They did not explain how anyone is supposed to prove that a project violates the rule.

I did some thinking about what comes after chat: ooo-yay.com/blog/what-co... or is it more chat? inquire within
What comes after chat?

today I moved spaarc.net to Cloudflare workers. I've never used Cloudflare's ecosystem of tools but they're pretty neat and simple to use. They also saved me like $45/m so that's nice too. #software #dev #esthetics #medspas
Spaarc — Modern MedSpa Management
The all-in-one platform for medspas. Scheduling, EMR, payments, and client management — beautifully unified.

the more I use this app the less I understand how it works
Using solar panels for shade to grow crops is such a pro move
More than 3,000 solar panels power Jack’s Solar Garden, cool the land and help it turn a profit
after listening to Launchers it's probably good that Dave Tipper retired when he did bc if he released another album a whole swath of people would be permanently stuck in the Tipperverse
what is a reasonable price for branding or logo design for a FOSS app? #software

AI likely isn't your product (unless it is?) so you shouldn't sell your product like the product is AI. ooo-yay.com/blog/the-mos...
The most powerful AI product decision is invisible
The best use of AI in a product may be the part the customer never recognizes as AI at all.

the novelty of BlueSky's API that makes it such that an third-party can publish a "Mentions" feed is curious
