Millionaires already know billionaires will devour them next, making both groups class enemies. Irrespective of that, Do we care? What matters is a properly built annual wealth tax: start at 2% on 10M+, get the system running, then move toward #limitarianism and #tax all #wealth over $100M at 100%.
