Cry "Havoc!", and let slip the dogs of war. Custom unit icons research phase is now over. I now have enough information to implement this as a feature.
Upcoming feature. Render unit labels below the unit symbol instead of as part of the symbol. A nice side effect is automatic label de-cluttering.
New feature added to the KML/KMZ exporter: export selected units only
ORBAT Mapper's KML/KMZ exporter now has an option for rendering symbol text modifiers. A niche feature, but useful when you need it.

Got tired of searching for units in the ORBAT panel, so I added a button and a keyboard shortcut "l" to jump straight to the active unit. #dogfooding
New panel for selecting units by symbol icon is now available for testing. Expect bugs.
More unit selection experiments. This time based on the 2525/APP6 symbol identification code.

Partial scenario import of supplies, equipment and personnel should now work 🤞
Flame graphs are awesome for debugging frontend performance problems. They show where in the code your program spends most time.
Time varying equipment and personnel is now available for testing. I'm not convinced the current user interface is the best, but it is a start. I appreciate any feedback on how to improve it.
I have added a few new options to the scenario data importer. You can now import equipment, personnel and unit statues from other scenarios. I'll also add unit templates and supplies when implemented.
