Unfortunately I specialize in OCs who are too oblivious to realize it’s happening (I need to do something with this sometime) except Lhos (my catboy), whose canonical specialty skill is the ability to manipulate/edit/delete/insert false memories so he’d kinda see it coming and know how to stop it

deeply mixed, i feel like especially at this very moment in time the community is very full of A) assholes and B) people who want to perform niceness in order to gain some form of popularity, rather than truly caring about others. it used to be better but we're very gripped in a deep selfishness

Anyways a bit of sobering info for those concerned about collab: this isn’t even the first time the normal raids have been based on a PS1 final fantasy game and the alliance raids have been based on a Japanese mech/robot-themed property, it’s literally the same as ShB was
I think there’s a subset of people writing off like, the FF7 raids and stuff already and while I have my own reservations (a worry about them being too brand-safe) I think folks writing it off without seeing the content are very uncurious and closed off in their approach to art and I can’t relate
if i were to rewrite dawntrail i'd replace the ending dungeon + trial with a cutscene where evil!sphene accidentally gets knocked off the top of the death coliseum and into the lava by a rogue t-shirt cannon like ned flanders' wife
