My weird combo of takes: - The original Last of Us was 100% perfect. - The story of Last of Us II frustrating and unsatisfying. Many of the intended emotional beats didn't land. Finished it but was bad. - The Last of Us show is doing a much better job of delivering on those emotional beats from II.

I’m super excited about `text-wrap: pretty`. It does a lot more to improve typography than you might expect — at least in Safari Technology Preview 216. It improves all lines of text, not just the last 4. It enhances hyphenation & rag, not just avoiding short last lines. webkit.org/blog/16547/b...

There it is! Finally, a real solution for how to style all of the HTML form controls using your own custom CSS to change anything — building on an interoperable UA set of defaults. First, styling the in-page part of controls + the popover for <select>. (Later we’ll do popovers for more things.)
