Marsden Moor, between Pule Hill and Redbrook Reservoir. Anyone know for sure what MH stands for? I'd guess it's either marking the boundary between the two townships of Marsden-in-Almondbury and Marsden-in-Huddersfield, or the Manchester-Huddersfield canal.
Wet Sunday, so went to see The Odyssey. If I have a complaint, it's that Mia Goth was rather underused.
First of the pot-grown first earlies. Second earlies look to be a total washout - fewer than half put up anything, and the badgers had most of those.
Having finished Duolingo, I am launching into a translated favourite au premier rang de la nouvelle vague brittanique. I should learn some new vocabulary, at least. Handily, the book is written in very short sections designed for dipping into.

RIP to an under-appreciated actor of absolute weirdness.
The biggest variance between the novelisation of Bedazzled (presumably based on a shooting script) and the film is the pop singers scene. Stanley Moon sings groovy psychedelia, while Drimbl Wedge croons "a romantic ballad very reminiscent of early Irving Berlin". No one is filled with inertia.
