Realized I had not yet seen Season 5 of Star Trek Discovery. So decided to watch the first episode, and just holy shit. Im very much looking forward to seeing where the story goes. Im really surprised I did not run across anyone talking about it back when it aired in 2024.

These high temps have been causing all sorts of POTS issues for me. I did not sleep well last night. So gonna take a couple hour nap before I try to do any work today. Hopefully the nap helps me some.

If you have to drive during this smoke event, you're gonna need to change your cabin air filter after the smoke clears. It's cheap and usually pretty easy. If you don't you're gonna be breathing smoke particles and smelling smoke each time you run your aircon.

Finally found the charger for my smart watch again. So gonna try using it again to keep track of my heart rate and whatnot. Since we have been having this heatwave, I have been having a lot more POTS flares. They also added some more features since the last time I used my watch too.
