Callowyn Royce and the Bracers of Oak and Birch (I have a soft spot for vaguely mentioned npcs axed off-screen I fear) #criticalrole #cr #cr4 #Criticalrolefanart

A chest-up portrait of middle-aged man with tanned skin.

A smile curls his lips and infers a good sense of humor as he looks to the side. As for his garments, he wears the gold and green of House Royce in the form of an embroidered doublet. He too wears a pair of braces, though only one is visible due to his pose. The visible one is patterned with oak leaves and an acorn, both adorned in the white and gold of a birch tree in the autumn.

As for other features, a small glowing butterfly sits on his shoulder reflecting light. He also wears an earring reminiscent of the key on his house banner.

A cropped version of the above image to show greater detail of the figures face. He is handsome and his eyes are a dark mixture of green and gold.

Shadia Fang #cr4 #criticalrole #criticalrolefanart

A painting of a young orc woman. Most of her is visible except for the legs. She wears a brightly colored doublet made of oranges, yellows, and sea greens. Her sleeves are puffy and have golden ribbon like pieces that cage a cream colored shirt. She has several earrings and one of them is in the shape of a music note, the head of it inlaid with a pearl. Her hair is natural and curly, soft coils fluffed in an almost afro. Her expression is warm and she smiles at the viewer as she holds a pouch.

A zoomed in portrait of the first picture so the viewer can better view the details of the figure's face and collar.

"Renewed shall be blade that was broken, the crownless again shall be king." #LOTR #Lordoftherings #Aragorn #otterlyart

A realistic portrait of Aragorn, as played by Viggo mortensen. He looks concern as he faces right. Light shines behind him. Strong white lines shoot in diagonals around him and a broken sword hangs in front of him.

Repaint (but said multiple times like an unhinged chant) #criticalrolefanart #OleanderCalloway #criticalrole

A portrait of Oleander Calloway, the father of Fearne Calloway, a character from Critical role Campaign 3. Oleander is an elven man with messy brown hair and golden eyes. He wears a yellow shirt with a brown vest and he is framed by circular designs. Two large complete circles in the image call back to Exandria's two moons, Catha and Ruidus.

A portrait of Oleander Calloway. In the same pose as the previous image, this Oleander is more cartoonish. A gradient of brown to green sits behind him decorated by three Oleander flowers.

Every 50 Years ☄️ #TrueRefDT017 #frieren #SousounoFrieren

A portrait of Frieren the Slayer. A soft night sky sits behind her and a faint wind blows her hair and cape. Above a comet shoots across the sky and she looks up at it wistfully.

Daily reminder that the world can be beautiful sometimes. Go out and take pictures of field mice.

A tiny field mouse sits balanced on burs. It is surrounded and dwarfed by the plants around it.

💐-Druid Craft-💐 #criticalrole #fearnecalloway #criticalrolefanart

A painterly rendition of the Critical Role character Fearne Calloway. Her smile is warm and inviting, if mischievous. She offers the viewer a sprig of the plant pokeweed, which is poisonous. She wears what was once F.C.G.'s jacket, now fully her own, with embroidered hemlock on the collar. A flower sits in her green hair and vines wrap around her right horn near it. The flower is Hellebore.

Art Fight 2026: Volume 1. Feat: Calaeno ana-Hita #artfight2026 #artfight

A pale and opalescent Triton woman gazes at the viewer with a concerned look. Her hair floats above her as if gravity has given up it's bounds. Stars twinkle on the black background, behind her, in her hair, and even in her eyes. She wears red and blue robes that almost look shell like, hearkening back to her heritage.

Art fight 4: Feat. @faczh_an on Instagram! #Tiefling oc with a pet toad? My weakness honestly.

A pink-purple tiefling woman looks excitedly at the fat toad she holds in her hands in front of her. Light shines in her eyes and she has long flowing white hair with braids crowning her head and coming down in front of her ears. She has sharp horns that go up with only the slightest curve and they have silver jewelry on them.

The toad she holds is realistic and painted with earthy tones.

Art fight 3: Feat. @draconiccowboy.bsky.social's character Jeremy. This guy stole my whole heart.

A small Kolbold celebrates his victory. He is a small creature with the nose and colors of a red fox and reptilian limbs (including a tail). He wears a blue-green scarf and similarly colored paints, joined by a belted cream-colored shirt.

He holds a large wine bottle aloft as his mouth is open in a victorious shriek.

Behind him a wine sellers stand is blurred and soft, in monochromatic colors to the Kolbold's warm bright tones.

Art fight 2: Feat. @loserwithanartacc.bsky.social's character Laurel/lore!

A non-binary figure (who uses he or she pronouns)with pointed ears and warm yellow grey skin is depicted. She wears patchwork garments and stand with her face to the viewer, eyes closed in prayer. Her face is framed by a thick braid at either side that loops down her back.

A halo of blue also lies behind his head and her arms are golden with power as she prays, fingers pressed against each other.

I am also not immune to making tieflings

Sigrid is a young tiefling woman of about twenty years. Her skin is pale, almost white, and her cheeks have warm pink circles of blush. Her lips quirk up in a smile and are painted a warm red on the bottom lip and a cool blue on the top lip. She wears a black vest over a white shirt and her collar is the same blue as part of her lips. The vest is lined with red and has yellow down the middle. Lines of white, like ribs are embroidered on it. On one of her large pointed ears she has a golden earring that dangles with a skull.

Artfight! Artfight! Artfight!

An artfight team card for Otterlyart including four distinct characters. Shar'ai, Hallam, Sigrid, and Cain are depicted. They are a young yuan-ti woman, a human man, a tiefling woman, and a half-elf woman respectively.

The Ring of Brass Endures #criticalrole #exu:divergence #exu #Crokas #PatiaPor'co #criticalrolefanart #cr #ringofbrass #exu:calamity #crspoilers #exuspoilers #criticalrolespoilers

Patia, an elf from the age of arcanum, drops an orb into Crokas' waiting hands. He is a white dragonborn with black spots and his head is turned skyward so you only see his neck. Around them gold foil shapes several circles, wings, and the faces of the other members of the circle of brass.

The last couple pieces I've done have been with a new brush, and I've really enoyed it. Which is crazy as a diehard basic circle brush user.

Time for another reference dump! This zip file contains 2,566 photos (6.58 GB) from the Metropolitan Museum of Art arms and armor collection. I tried to focus on the types of details you don't see in most available reference, like hinges and fasteners. Enjoy! drive.google.com/file/d/1emF3...

A shot of an eggplant-shaped samurai helmet sitting on a wooden stand in a museum display case. It's made of darkened metal and has gold trim and accents.

A closeup shot of some buttons, fasteners, and ties on a small section of a samurai armor set's front chest plate. There are various ornate patterns, complex knots, and overlapping pieces.

A closeup shot of the thumb and forefinger of a European steel gauntlet inlaid with gold. It has bronze rivets and a white leather glove under the overlapping finger armor pieces.

A closeup shot of an extremely ornate double barreled shotgun's firing mechanism and trigger. The hammers are shaped like squirrels holding nuts and there is floral filigree everywhere.

A quick photo of a page from the new critical role art book. A moth is visible, painted in Jester's iconic blues and pinks.
