1/. We the People elect Representatives and Senators to actually represent the interests of We the People. Unfortunately, after they are in office they forget that and they pass rules and laws that serve themselves. For example, one elected Senator has been absent from his job for months.

Polls show that a majority of Democrats want their party to stay as it is or become more centrist. Really? I may disagree with some of the DSA’s platform but if we stay as we are or become more centrist we will NEVER see things like Medicare for all, more equality for women & POC, childcare, etc.
It’s only going to get worse everyday and in the foreseeable future the only hope there is to save our democracy is to vote blue, vote early and mail-in ballots.
