so I've been investigating this sequence (I'm unhinged) when Blitz returns home, the light from the bathroom is shining into the room but then the bathroom door is closed after Blitz smashes it... I think Stolas was in the bathroom in between shots... and they fought 🥲

oh my god that would SUCK if there was a misunderstanding like that!! Stolas needs a space where he feels free to express himself, and the thought that Blitz's fear of losing him would make him react negatively... making Stolas feel bad for even trying... god, i would fucking break down

the fact that Stolas is reclaiming his old teenage hairstyle before he changed it when he had to marry Stella really symbolises to me that he's healing that part of himself that he used to be before his identity was stamped out and taken away 💔

I’m also noticing that Stolas’ hairstyle in this is very similar to his teenage years with Vassago. I really hope that Vassago and Blitz can get along soon, but this could be some jealousy boiling over :(

i feel two things at once INTENSE euphoria over the fact that Stolas is discovering himself outside of his lifelong confines, healing from trauma and embracing his identity fully while also DESPAIRING for Blitz who tries hard but looks like he could end up backsliding 🥲
