Demonization of the Left is now the primary strategy of the Right. The fact that their demonization is in the form of falsehoods, cartoonish hyperbole, and misstated epithets, shows you how they got nothing, they don't serve The People, and they're speaking only to a dwindling hardcore base.

Three things about Trump that are unmistakable: 1. He is increasingly disconnected from reality. 2. He is increasingly desperate to convey grandiosity and avoid humiliation - this drives him. 3. His health - physical, mental, and neurological - is worsening, adding impatience.

Trump posted this morning that his "real" polling numbers are the best they've ever been. He is sooooo desperate to force-feed his reality on others. But he's increasingly seen as an old and unwell cartoon.

There is absolutely nothing that Trump wouldn't do purely out of moral or ethical constraint.

Trump has cravings. Trump has impulses. Trump has pathologies. And he can't see an inch beyond himself. I generally refrain from using the word "hate," but I do hate it when they reframe Trump's cravings, impulses, and narcissistic pathologies as an "agenda."

Trump only says provably false narratives or laughable hyperboles. Yet some people hear useful information. Along with our political divide, we do have an intellectual divide. I don't discuss it, as the Left is considered condescending. (For any MAGA reading this, that means we talk down to people.)

It was no surprise that there were no cameras present in Trump's meeting today with Zelensky, OR his meeting with Netanyahu. He's on camera now sitting in the audience at the Graham ceremony, and he's struggling mightily to stay awake. Time for another recalibration.

For the past few months, I have increasingly posted that Trump, in his decline, is now "owned by his disorders." He is now 100% self-serving, and he is now malice incarnate. It's as if his three primary thoughts are: What can I lie about next? Who do I hate that I can hurt? How can I cheat?

I don't mean to be callous or overly cynical, but as I watch the ceremony for Lindsay Graham, I'm struck by two conflicting things - first, chagrin that so much of his life was a hidden hypocrisy, and second, feeling pleased that at least this GOP Senator's family admits he's dead.

I'm no attorney but I just can't understand how a narcissist, sociopath, grifter, serial criminal, adjudicated rapist, fraudster, pedophile, sadist, and traitor like Trump can possibly be defamed. What would someone have to call him for it to be defamatory?

At his rally in MI, Trump hasn't said a single thing that wasn't hyperbolic or false. He's drooling, sweating and raspy. He says it's the greatest year for America ever and he's done more for people than their parents. He's desperately to force-feed his reality. But his reality - is nobody else's.

The Founding Fathers suspected a king-like tyrant would one day try to rule as personal dictator and use powers of the presidency to live above the law. But they never foresaw a broad abdication of oath in favor of grift and fealty; nor foresaw algorithms manipulating the citizenry through deceit.

Whoever is posting for Andrew Tate while he sits in his cell - mostly on X - sure is posting A LOT. They're putting forth an air of fear, desperation, weakness, grievance, and persecution. I can't even comment on the content of the posts, because I just can't get past the irony of it all.

Troy Jackson - who just won the Dem nomination in Maine - is going to win the General Election and flip that Senate seat Blue. He's not a great orator, but he's genuine, speaks honestly, and cares. And the #1 reason Jackson will win, is that he's running against Susan Collins, who will lose.

The Correspondents Dinner was frustrating and sad. It honored fine work by celebrated journalists. Which got lost. I felt NORMALIZATION - in formal attire, in ALL CAPS - a microcosm of the biggest threat to Democracy we've ever faced; as the Founding Fathers feared; the normalization of a madman.

MS NOW is showing Trump, at the WH Correspondent Dinner, in his tux, on the dais, with droopy mouth, intermittingly clapping his hands and falling asleep.

In 2 1/2 years, we'll take his name off absolutely everything it's on, and then - shortly thereafter, add it to a sewage treatment plant, a mental health clinic for the criminally insane, and the nation's largest windmill farm.

The simplicity of the dwindling MAGA base - it's a thing to behold. They dine on bullshit claims, bogus narratives, and boogeymen. July's fad: COMMUNISM. None of them know what it means or its historical significance. They hear it, repeat it emptily, and get a rush of dopamine. Baa! Baaa!

If Trump says something, and you want to ascertain whether or not he is lying, you just have to ask yourself one question. Is he breathing?

Trump has wildly, recklessly, and insultingly claimed that the recently killed US troops said very strongly, before dying, that "we can't let Iran have a nuclear weapon." NOT true! What they actually said was: "What the f*ck is going on here and exactly why am I dying for this?"

He's flailing. He's overreaching. He's snapping at the drop of a hat. He's running out of time. He's miserable. He's paranoid. He's trapped. And he knows he's trapped.
