this is not a "YOU HAVE TO BE PERFECT AS AN ARTIST", obviously, part of the contract is that art sometimes, at the fault of nobody, comes out jank and the commissioner has to accept that as soon as they start. but fuuuck dude taking the brunt of all of the flops is killing me and my wallet

NukΣ 🔞 (comms closed)@overinfl8ed.tacobell.social · 4w agoI've basically stopped w $150+ comms cause despite being of simple characters (i.e. a blue dog w red hair or smth), it comes out low-effort. friends comm the same people, get their usual standard. 3/4 of the times I pay $200+, I swallow my spit and just walk off without even saving the image
