Just wondering what value there would be for Iran to conclude an agreement with USA. Is it not a precedent that an incoming government unilaterally rips up an agreement, as with Trump and the previous President’s Iran nuclear deal? Or am I missing something?
I’m just an old union negotiator, but it seems to me that it is difficult to organise peace talks - settlement talks - when you have killed or injured the leadership ( including their wives, families and children) of your opponent.
