was initially trying to figure out which direction this guy ended up heading towards bc the wide-shot after this shows somebody darting across the bridge, but upon closer inspection i realized that it was beecher running past boomer, and not the aforementioned soldier
beecher and etrius both excelling in their training as recruits (to the point of having a rivalry) mustve been a relief to the rest of the facility bc if they had just the one (1) exemplary guy it mightve brewed resentment from the others, but nope!
something ive also been curious about is the particular way their eyes are rendered. by repercussions, some characters w/ visible eyes were given new irises (ray, boomer, and the general) however, "lloyd" physically(?) appears in repercussions but he still has the same eyes from castle iii
my tomolife riches aside. heres a proper look at the in-game born stickfigure babies, from left to right: hazel (bloodysmoke), flynn and harper (fl's), otep (joe &baxter's), tomomi (weiEn &oreo's), and shin (tenzul)
youre too grown and jacked to be having dimples, get that outta 'ere! (ﾉ￣□￣)ﾉ (￣︶￣ )
while fact checking the release dates between iii and repercussions i rediscovered the extras tab on the flash menus, and there are some hidden gems in there these ones are from repercussions d1 &2
castle musing yet again. (choosing to interpret the castle iii screencap as beecher's pov) this is the last we ever get to see (the real) lloyd in the series but the contrast between these two shots always intrigued me bc in beecher's perspective, his teammate/friend is being actively left behind +
youre a guy, and you go out of your way to style and add product to your hair, youd also clean up your brows a bit, yeah? although i guess it ultimately depends on the guy... and yes, this is about boomer
⚠️ volume warning . . somebody mentioned that this video existed so i went looking for it (the wayback machine coming in clutch yet again💪) direct link: web.archive.org/web/20040826...
rewatching old terkoiz anims and i love this unnamed freaky white stickfigure from his unfinished1 video. makes me wish he did more dynamic facial expressions 'cause thyere so fun to look at
castle musing. beecher's my fav member of the elite squad but we barely got to know the guy everything we DO know about him seems to be strictly tied to etrius (they both underwent the same training in the same facility under the general, their mutual attachment for one another, etc etc)
Short animation test? I started this months ago to give myself an idea of what Eris should look like animated. This week while looking through my WIPs I figured I should finish it (I got so many unfinished short animations 😭) song is "the way you bleed" by inuday
